This new position we have opened is due to the growth and ongoing load of administration within our company that needs to be fully managed from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is proactive, driven with a determined attitude and is keen to succeed.
Applicants must be well organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have great attention to detail and a confident and professional telephone manner.
The role of the Service Administration Manager will involve a high degree of responsibility as well as opportunities for progression and development. Key duties include providing assistance to the team of Technicians, such as: managing the workload/diary, the looking up and ordering of parts, taking incoming calls, greeting customers and seeing the jobs through from the initial booking/enquiry to the completed job handover.
Previous experience as an Office manager, PA or Service team leader/manager(Mercedes-Benz) in the automotive industry with analysis skills and a background working with numbers would be beneficial.

Salary will be dependent on experience. Working hours would be 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

We're always on the lookout for experienced and competent mechanics, Mercedes-Benz experience/trained Diagnostic or Systems Technician would be preferred but not essential.
You must have a full UK clean driving licence. Competitive salary offered based on experience.
