Our elite Mercedes trained staff ensure that by using a state of the art Electronic Service Sheet System (ESS) your vehicle is kept in A1 condition, following the Mercedes-Benz guidelines.
The ESS system calculates the service scope required by analysing the age and mileage of the vehicle that will highlight the specific areas of importance. It also identifies the components that are due for renewal and/or replacement, ensuring the car is kept in A1 condition.
By using this system we ensure that your cherished Mercedes has at the very least the same level of service as a main dealer. However, at MB of Medway we pride ourselves in giving an elite personal service with the aim to excel. Thus offering a higher, more detailed level of service than the main dealers, but at an affordable cost.
We offer a complete array of scheduled servicing, from the classic lubrication and maintenance services found on the older generation cars, to the new active service system also known as ASSYST for the latest generations.

At MB of Medway we ensure that all of the servicing we complete is correctly documented in either your service booklet or online using the new Digital Service Booklet System (DSB). We even reset your service interval reminder!
This ensures your vehicles service history will always be completely up to date, thus enhancing the resale value of your vehicle.
Furthermore all our genuine parts come with a minimum 2 year warranty (Batteries come with 3 years) available direct through Mercedes-Benz.1. Unfortunately MOBILO breakdown cover is offered through Main Dealer Servicing so may be adversely effected ↩
